Professional and Fun Photo Shoot!

I was invited to shoot at Cove Studios with James Hinnells!

We came up with loads of ideas to shoot but couldn't decide on any, until he bought these stripes of lights! He had a red strip and a blue one which changed colours! We decided to use them! We wanted to experiment and have fun with the colours so create interesting effects!

We turned up at Cove studios and met Phill the owner of the studio. We set up and started the shoot!

I held these two lights and moved them around until James said stop. I didn't realise but depending on how far away they were to my face or how far forward they were created different shapes and shadows on my face, so when I moved the lights I had move slowly until they created a certain look!

After a few experimental shoot we changed the colours of the light to a more yellow colour and changed my outfit to this blue sparkly dress. The idea was that the lights would reflect off the dress to create a glamorous vibe, which worked!

I had so much fun doing this, especially with James because he directed me so well on what to do! I didn't feel nervous and it was really funny because we joked around the whole time!

Cant wait for the next shoot!
